I met @aaron_nathans when we performed for a Leona I met @aaron_nathans when we performed for a Leonard Cohen tribute show at World Cafe Live, organized by @adammonacomusic But it wasn’t until we played a show together for Philly Songwriters-in-the-Round that I got to hear his fantastic original material. And I’m not the only one who noticed. Aaron had a banner year last year as a finalist for the prestigious Kerrville New Folk Competition and a performance at Philly Folk Fest, among other great venues. So I’m excited to present Aaron (along with @alliechip for the debut of my new series at @godfrey_daniels - Songcraft in the Round. I met @alliechip at @falcon_ridge_folk_festival la I met @alliechip at @falcon_ridge_folk_festival last summer, when we were in the emerging artist showcase together. I’ve been a fan ever since. Her songs are poignant and funny, and her voice as a writer is unmistakable. @tylerdezago on fiddle and harmonies perfectly complements her songwriting. I’m excited to present Allie and Tyler at @godfrey_daniels this Thursday for the debut of my new series, Songcraft in the Round. Allie has performed her original music on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and has received national recognition in the Telluride Troubadour Competition.
